Employees. At December 31, 2010, there were approximately 51,000 employees of the Company and its
subsidiaries, compared to 53,000 employees of the Company and its subsidiaries at December 31, 2009.
Approximately 19,000 employees transferred with Motorola Mobility as part of the Separation on January 4, 2011.
