Navy Federal’s mission that all of our employees
demonstrate on a daily basis.
2012 was a year that saw new records set across
all of our measures of success. As we look to the
future, we will constantly challenge ourselves
to raise the level of service that we provide our
members and look for creative, new ways to
succeed as we serve the unique needs of the
men and women of the Department of Defense
and their families. Our goal of providing service
excellence has driven our strong performance
throughout our history. As we enter into our
80th year, we look forward to continuing to
meet that challenge.
“I know I’ve said thank you before but I can’t express how thankful I am to
be banking with you. There’s a difference in saying you support the troops and
doing so. Thank you for having our back.—Facebook Post
