innovationmoreseamlessly,andwe’releveragingthe
Company’s“connectanddevelop”capabilitytobuildeven
strongerrelationshipswithexternalinnovationpartnersfor
increasedspeedtomarket.
We’reacceleratingthepaceofinnovationandincreasing
theefficiencyofR&Dinvestments.We’vedoubledP&G’s
innovationsuccessrate.Ourportfolioofinitiativeslaunched
inthelastcalendaryearisontracktodelivermorethan
100%ofgoing-inexpectations.Atthesametime,R&D
investmentasapercentofsalesisdownfrom4.5%ofnet
salesthreeyearsagoto3.5%ofnetsalesthispastfiscal
year.P&GR&Disnowmuchmoreeffectiveandefficient.
