“Electronic Arts Inc. has stated (i) that it is acting in concert with EA
International (Studio and Publishing) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, (ii)
that the acquisition of shares that caused the thresholds mentioned below
to be crossed was financed by offsetting against receivables within the
Group, (iii) that it does not intend to take control of the Company, reserve
the right to increase its share in the Company’s capital, depending on
market conditions and opportunities, or if applicable to sell all or part of its
share in the Company’s capital, (iv) that it does not have any strategy with
regard to the Company and that it has no specific plans to propose the
implementation of a merger plan or the reorganization or liquidation of the
Company or one of its subsidiaries, to sell a substantial portion of the
assets of the Company or one of its subsidiaries or to amend its activities
or Articles of Association, (v) that it has not concluded a temporary
contract of sale relating to the Company’s shares and voting rights, (vi)
that it is not planning to request the appointment of representatives to the
Company’s Board of Directors.”

downward the 10 % and 5 % thresholds of the capital and voting rights
following the sale to Electronic Arts Inc of 9,327,000 shares in the
Company, resulting in the crossing upward by the latter of the 5 %
