Consolidated statements of cash flows
The consolidated statements of cash flows prepared under UK GAAP differ in certain presentational respects from the format required under SFAS No. 95,
Statement of Cash Flows. Under UK GAAP, a reconciliation of profit from operations to cash flows from operating activities is presented in a note, and cash
paid for interest and income taxes are presented separately from cash flows from operating activities.
Under SFAS No. 95, cash flows from operating activities are based on net profit, including interest and income taxes, and are presented on the face of
the statement.
