The 2013 Series C Bonds will not be entitled to any sinking fund and will not be redeemable other than as provided in this
Section 2 and the form of 2013 Series C Bond provided in Section 3.
SECTION 3
The 2013 Series C Bonds shall be registered bonds without coupons. The Trustee shall be the registrar and paying agent for the
2013 Series C Bonds, which duties it hereby accepts. The 2013 Series C Bonds may be issued in minimum denominations of $100,000
or any integral multiple of $1,000 in excess thereof.
The forms of 2013 Series C Bonds shall be substantially as follows:

THE SECURITIES EVIDENCED HEREBY HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF
1933, AS AMENDED (THE “SECURITIES ACT”) AND MAY NOT BE OFFERED, SOLD, PLEDGED OR OTHERWISE
TRANSFERRED EXCEPT (A) PURSUANT TO AN EXEMPTION FROM REGISTRATION UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT
AND (B) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE SECURITIES LAWS OF THE STATES OF THE UNITED STATES.
IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSFER, THE HOLDER WILL DELIVER TO THE COMPANY AND THE TRUSTEE
SUCH CERTIFICATES AND OTHER INFORMATION AS THE TRUSTEE MAY REASONABLY REQUIRE TO CONFIRM
THAT THE TRANSFER COMPLIES WITH THE FOREGOING RESTRICTIONS.
