Fourth interim dividend for 2005
The Directors have declared a fourth interim dividend of US$0.31 per ordinary share (in lieu of a final dividend)
which, together with the first, second and third interim dividends, each of US$0.14, already paid, will make a total
distribution for the year of US$0.73 per share, an increase of 11 per cent on 2004. Information on the scrip dividend
scheme and currencies in which shareholders may elect to have the cash dividend paid will be sent to shareholders on
or about 4 April 2006. The timetable for the dividend is:
