We own all of the distribution centers except Corsicana, Texas, which is leased.
We own our corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. We also own or lease additional buildings and office space which are used by
various corporate departments, including our credit operations.
We are not currently a party to any material legal proceedings, but are subject to certain legal proceedings and claims from time to time that arise out of
the conduct of our business.
