Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
We believe that our facilities are well-maintained and are sufficient to meet our current and projected needs. We also have an ongoing process to
continually review and update our real estate portfolio to meet changing business needs.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
On May 24, 1999, two former AOL Community Leader volunteers brought a putative class action, Hallissey et al. v. America Online, Inc., in the U.S.
District Court for the Southern District of New York alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA") and New York State law. The plaintiffs
allege that, in serving as AOL Community Leader volunteers, they were acting as employees rather than volunteers for purposes of the FLSA and
