We are committed to providing the

are investing extensively in the most
advanced aircraft, complemented
by innovative product and training to
enable our people to deliver excellent
service. The Qantas Group will take
delivery of the world’s finest new
aircraft, the A380 and B787 next year.
In addition, Qantas is setting a new
benchmark in premium travel with
its rollout of the next generation
of inflight and on-the-ground product
over the next 12 months.
Service
A broad sense of responsibility to
stakeholders is ingrained in the
