Shareholders’
Relations Committee
In 2001, Schneider Electric
formed a Shareholders’ Relations
Committee, comprising ten individual
shareholders, to serve as a basis
for financial communication and to relay
shareholders’ concerns to the Company.
The Committee has met three times
since it was created and has helped
enhance relations between the Company
and its individual shareholders.
