NOTE 25. CASH FLOWS INFORMATION
Changes in operating assets and liabilities are net of acquisitions and dispositions of principal businesses.
Amounts reported in the ³3URFHHGV from sales of discontinued RSHUDWLRQV´ and ³3URFHHGV from principal business GLVSRVLWLRQV´ lines in
the Statement of Cash Flows are net of cash disposed and included certain deal-related costs. Amounts reported in the ³1HW cash from
(payments for) principal businesses SXUFKDVHG´ line is net of cash acquired and included certain deal-related costs and debt assumed
and immediately repaid in acquisitions. Amounts reported in the ³3URFHHGV from sale of equity interest in NBCU //&´ line included
certain deal-related costs.
Amounts reported in the ³$OO other operating DFWLYLWLHV´ line in the Statement of Cash Flows consist primarily of adjustments to current
and noncurrent accruals, deferrals of costs and expenses and adjustments to assets. Certain supplemental information related to our
cash flows is shown below.
