place!
hip and modern, yet
friendly and familiar—
that’s McDonald’s,
whether you take out,
dine in or drive-thru.
We introduced the Arch Card
in the United States in 2005.
Able to be pre-loaded or
reloaded, the Arch Card
joins other cashless
payment options like debit
and credit cards in the U.S.
With initiatives like these and
others like extended hours,
nothing’s easier than grabbing
a bite at McDonald’s.
Drive-thrus are a key aspect
of convenient service at
McDonald’s. In China, a boom
in automobile transportation
two million new vehicles in
2004 alone, with a projected
growth rate of 15 percent per
yearhas created a faster
pace and a greater demand
for convenience. We launched
our first drive-thru in China
in 2005, with more on the
way in 2006.
