In2004,PizzaHutgaveusevenmorereasonsto“Gather’RoundtheGoodStuff,®”kickingofftheyearinabig
waybycreatingdinnersolutionsthatpleasetheentirefamily.The4forAll®Pizzaisarevolutionarypizzathat
giveseveryonewhattheywant,becauseit’sfourindividuallytoppedpizzasinone.Notonlydidthisinnovative
pizzadrivestrongsamestoresalesgrowth,itwasoneofthemostsuccessfulnewproductlaunchesinPizza
Huthistory,withthehighestconsumerawarenessofanynewproduct.Thissuccesswasfollowedcloselyby
BuffaloChickenPizzaandouruniqueFit’NDelicious™lineof“keepitbalanced”products.Tofurtherbring
tolifeourbrandpositioning,weintroducedTheFullHouseXLPizza™providingfamiliesa30percentbigger

year-over-yearimprovement.We’veseensalesgrowthfor15straightperiodsandincreasedourmarketshareforthefirsttime
in10years.We’vealsodoneagreatjobofretainingourpeopleandkeepingourteammemberturnoverat100%—someof

We’vedrivenincremental salestoo,bycreatingtwo profitablenewconceptlayers: with327 WingStreet™restaurants,we
