1 Save As You Earn is an all employee share scheme. Options are not subject to performance conditions. All options are exercisable from 1 February in the year which is 6 years from the
year of grant. All options expire 6 months from their exercise date (i.e. on 1 August of the relevant year). All directors exercised their 04.11.04 options on 1 February 2010 when the market
price was 422.30p. No options lapsed in the year.
