9.11 INITIAL PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT. The Company and the Purchaser shall agree on the form and content of the initial public
announcement which shall be made concerning this Agreement, the Patent Cross License Agreement and the Technology Agreement and the
transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, and neither the Company nor the Purchaser shall make such public announcement without the
consent of the other, except as required by law.
