the Company, the S&P 500 Index, the Dow Jones U.S. Technology Supersector Index and the S&P Information Technology
Index for the five years ended September 27, 2014. The Company has added the S&P Information Technology Index to the
graph to capture the stock performance of companies whose products and services relate to those of the Company. The S&P
Information Technology Index replaces the S&P Computer Hardware Index, which is no longer tracked by S&P. The graph
assumes $100 was invested in each of the Company’s common stock, the S&P 500 Index, the Dow Jones U.S. Technology
Supersector Index and the S&P Information Technology Index as of the market close on September 25, 2009. Note that
historic stock price performance is not necessarily indicative of future stock price performance.
