Revenues originating from operations based in the United States were $90,428 million, $82,666 million and $70,533
million in 2005, 2004 and 2003, respectively. Revenues originating from operations based outside the United States
were $59,815 million, $52,333 million and $42,888 million in 2005, 2004 and 2003, respectively.
