A very large majority of the Company’s owned aircraft are encumbered by liens granted in connection with
financing transactions entered into by the Company.
Of the operating aircraft listed above, one owned Airbus A300-600R aircraft was in temporary storage as of
December 31, 2008.
In January 2009, the Company permanently retired seven McDonnell Douglas MD-80 aircraft and one Airbus A300
aircraft.
