14.1 Capital
Capital stock
The Company's capital stock at December 31, 2004 amounted to 1,809,553,416, represented by 226,194,177
shares with a par value of 8, all fully paid up.
As of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of May 6, 2004, a total of 249,020,002 voting rights were attached to
the 231,947,120 shares outstanding (information published in the "BALO" legal gazette dated May 17, 2004).
Changes in capital stock
