On August 5, 2015, our board of directors authorized a stock repurchase program of up to $75.0 million to be completed by
December 31, 2016. Under the repurchase plan, we may repurchase shares, from time to time, on the open market. Information
associated with this plan for the fourth quarter of 2015 is included in the following table:
