Andersen. In 1970, he joined Compagnie Industrielle
et Financière de Pompey. In 1971 he became Chief
Executive Officer of Financière Strafor (later Strafor
Facom), where from 1981 to 1997 he served as
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has served
as a Director of Schneider Electric SA since 1996 and
was appointed Chairman on February 25, 1999.

moved to Schneider Electric. He has been in charge
of special projects for the Finance department since
2005.
