* By resolution dated July 25, 2006, the Committee Responsible for the Issuance of Employee Stock and the Equity Committee have been merged into a single Equity
and Employee Stock Committee with all the duties and responsibilities previously assigned to those committees.

by the Managing Board. The Corporate Executive Committee has full
