The principal trading market for our Series 1 common stock is the NYSE. We currently have no Series 2 common stock or non-voting common stock
outstanding. The high and low Sprint Series 1 common stock prices, as reported on the NYSE composite, are as follows:

As of February 20, 2012, we had about 46,000 Series 1 common stock record holders.
Dividends
We did not declare any dividends on our common shares in 2010 or 2011. We are currently restricted from paying cash dividends by the terms of our revolving
bank credit facility as described under Item 7 “Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations - Liquidity and Capital

esources - Capital Resources.”
