The graph below shows the cumulative total return on our Class A common stock for the period from December 31, 2001 through
December 31, 2006, in comparison to the cumulative total return on Standard & Poor’s 500 Index and a peer group consisting of the
four national cable operators that are most comparable to us in terms of size and nature of operations. The Company’s peer group
consists of Cablevision Systems Corporation, Comcast Corporation, Insight Communications, Inc. (through third quarter 2005) and
Mediacom Communications Corp. The results shown assume that $100 was invested on December 31, 2001 and that all dividends
were reinvested. These indices are included for comparative purposes only and do not reflect whether it is management’s opinion that
such indices are an appropriate measure of the relative performance of the stock involved, nor are they intended to forecast or be
indicative of future performance of the Class A common stock.
