We are going to offer games that are more accessible.
We are going to put more and better experiences online and on handsets.
We are going to increase our production of casual and family-oriented games.
Finally, we will continue to invest in the creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit of our employees. They are
going to create more games with stories and characters that people care about.
I want to thank gamers, customers, shareholders and, most of all, the people who work at EA for having
confidence in the future of our company.
Sincerely,
John S. Riccitiello
Chief Executive Officer
