On February 28, 2013 we entered into a new
$2.8 billion unsecured revolving credit facility that expires in February 2018 with an interest rate
equal to the LIBOR plus a spread that varies depending on the Company
’ s credit ratings. This new credit facility replaced the $2.2 billion revolving
credit facility that was due to expire in October 2013.
