officers in 2012. These awards consisted of the following:

As previously disclosed on Sprint's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 4, 2012, Mr. Hesse agreed to forfeit $544,607 earned with respect to the 2011

performance period associated with a discretionary adjustment the Compensation Committee made under performance unit payouts for the impact of the

iPhone

on Sprint's financial results. Amounts shown for 2011 are before reduction of this forfeited amount.
