The intrinsic value of options exercised during the years ended December 31, 2011 and 2010 was $2.3 million and $10.5 million, respectively.
There were no option exercises during the period ended December 31, 2012. At December 31, 2012, there was no aggregate intrinsic value for any
options outstanding as the price of our Class A Common Stock was less than the option exercise prices.
