The weighted-average fair value per share of options granted during fiscal 2010, 2009 and 2008 including
assumed options was $5.15, $5.26, and $6.03, respectively. The total intrinsic value of options exercised during
fiscal 2010, 2009, and 2008 was $64 million, $111 million, and $142 million, respectively.
