Selection of Peer Group
To assess market compensation practices, each year the Committee selects a group of comparable companies
(“peer group”) to use as a reference for compensation decisions. As we compete for talent across various
industries, our peer group comprises companies across related industries with comparable revenue, market

companies that directly compete with us for executive talent. AMC Networks Inc. and Priceline were also
added, as they are similarly sized companies in the entertainment and technology/internet industries, who
also compete with EA for executive talent.
