Information Regarding Executive Compensation
The following table summarizes compensation information for the last three fiscal years for (i) Mr. Jobs, Chief Executive Officer, and (ii) the
four most highly compensated executive officers other than the Chief Executive Officer who were serving as executive officers of the
Company at the end of the fiscal year (collectively, the “ Named Executive Officers” ).
SUMMARY COMPENSATION TABLE

The following table reflects the aggregated restricted stock holdings for each of the Company’s Named Executive Officers as of the end
of the 2006 fiscal year and the value of such restricted stock based on $76.98 per share, the closing price of the Company’s common stock
on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on September 29, 2006 (the last day of trading for the 2006 fiscal year). The table has been
adjusted to reflect the Company’s two-for-one stock split in February 2005.

Includes 300,000 unvested restricted stock units that are part of a grant of 600,000 restricted stock units (split-adjusted) made on
March 24, 2004. Fifty percent (50%) of such units vested in March 2006, and the remainder is scheduled to vest in March 2008. Also
