In March 2003, the Board awarded Mr. Jobs 10 million (split-adjusted) restricted shares of the Company’s Common Stock, which vested
in full in March 2006.

Market value of restricted stock units granted on December 14, 2005 (based on $72.01 per share, the closing price of the Company’s
common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on the day of grant). The restricted stock units vest in March 2010.

Company’s common stock on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on the day of grant). The restricted stock units granted on this date
generally vest over four years with 50% of the total number of shares vesting on each of the second and fourth anniversaries of the grant
date.

There were no options granted to the Named Executive Officers during fiscal year 2006. Grants of restricted stock units to the Named
Executive Officers are disclosed above in the Summary Compensation Table.

The following table provides information about stock option exercises by the Named Executive Officers during fiscal year 2006 and stock
options held by each of them at fiscal year-end. The table has been adjusted to reflect the Company’s two-for-one stock split in February 2005.
