The Company’s common stock is traded on the over-the-
counter market and is quoted on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol
AAPL and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol APCD.
Price Range of Common Stock
The price range per share of common stock presented below represents the highest and lowest sales prices for the Company
s common stock on
the NASDAQ Global Select Market during each quarter of the two most recent fiscal years.
On February 28, 2005, the Company effected a two-for-one stock split to shareholders of record as of February 18, 2005. All share and per
share information has been retroactively adjusted to reflect the stock split.
Holders
As of December 13, 2006, there were 29,317 shareholders of record.
Dividends
The Company did not declare or pay cash dividends in either 2006 or 2005. The Company anticipates that, for the foreseeable future, it will
retain any earnings for use in the operation of its business.

of this Form 10-K.

The consolidated balance sheet as of September 24, 2005 and the consolidated statements of operations for the fiscal years ended
September 24, 2005 and September 25, 2004 have been restated as set forth in the 2006 Form 10-K. The data for the consolidated balance
sheets as of September 2004, 2003, and 2002 and the consolidated statements of operations for the fiscal years ended September 2003 and 2002
have been restated to reflect the impact of the stock-based compensation adjustments, but such restated data have not been audited and is
derived from the books and records of the Company. The information set forth below is not necessarily indicative of results of future
operations, and should be read in conjunction with Item 7, “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of
Operations” and the consolidated financial statements and related notes thereto included in Item 8 of this Form 10-
K to fully understand factors
that may affect the comparability of the information presented below. The information presented in the following tables has been adjusted to
reflect the restatement of the Company’s financial results, which is more fully described in the “Explanatory Note” immediately preceding
Part I, Item 1 and in Note 2, “Restatement of Consolidated Financial Statements” in Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements of this
