While we made signifi cant progress in 2010, accelerating
every important fi nancial component of our business,
we are fully mindful that 2010 was but one step in a
long road of continuous improvement in every facet of
our business. We remain buoyed by our powerful brand,
deep customer loyalty, and a strong balance sheet and
cash fl ows, which provide us tremendous fl exibility in an
uncertain global economic environment.
