The gross investment in leases and the present value of minimum lease payments receivable are due as follows:
Investments in nance leases primarily relate to equipment for information technology and ofce machines,
industrial machinery, medical equipment and transportation systems. Actual cash ows will vary from contrac-
tual maturities due to future sales of nance receivables, prepayments and write-offs.
See Note 4 for further information on Trade and other receivables reclassied to Assets classied as held for
disposal.

14 Inventories
Costs and earnings in excess of billings on uncompleted contracts relates to construction contracts with net asset
balances where contract costs plus recognized prots less recognized losses exceed progress billings. Liabilities
from contracts for which progress billings exceed costs and recognized prots less recognized losses are recog-
nized in Other current liabilities.
