Other post-employment benets: Benet payments
The following overview comprises benet payments for other post-employment benets paid out of the princi-
pal other dened benet post-employment plans during the years ended September 30, 2008 and 2007, and
expected pension payments for the next ve years and in the aggregate for the ve years thereafter (undis-
counted):
Since the benet obligations for other post-employment benets are generally not funded, such payments will
impact the current operating cash ow of the Company.
Dened Contribution Plans and State Plans (continuing operations)
The amount recognized as an expense for dened contribution plans amounted to €314 in scal 2008 and
€269 in scal 2007. Contributions to state plans amounted to €1,841 in scal 2008 and €1,647 in scal 2007,
respectively.
