9 Against the backdrop of an ROCE revision for Siemens worldwide, the Chairman’s Committee of the Supervisory Board decided to retroactively make a minor adjustment to the variable compensation
components of Jim Reid-Anderson, Prof. Dr. Siegfried Russwurm and Prof. Dr. Erich R. Reinhardt. The relevant prior year’s amounts in the above table refl ect this adjustment and therefore differ slightly from the
amounts stated in the Compensation Report 2008.
