2 Both the employee representatives on the Supervisory Board who represent the employees pursuant to Section  () No.  of the German Codetermination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz,
MitbestG) and the representatives of the trade unions on the Supervisory Board declared their readiness to transfer their compensation to the Hans Boeckler Foundation, in accordance
with the guidelines of the Confederation of German Trade Unions (DGB).
3 In addition, the members of the Supervisory Board are entitled to receive a meeting attendance fee of €, (: €,) for each meeting of the Supervisory Board and its commit-
