Share Ownership Guidelines
The deadlines by which the individual members of the Man-
aging Board must provide fi rst-time proof of compliance with
the Siemens Share Ownership Guidelines vary from member
to member, depending on when the member was appointed
to the Managing Board. The following table shows the number
of Siemens shares that were held by Managing Board mem-
bers in offi ce at September , , as of the deadline in
March  for showing compliance with the Share Owner-
ship Guidelines, and that are to be held permanently with a
view to future deadlines.
The following table shows the proof-of-compliance obligations
of the other Managing Board members in view of the Share
Ownership Guidelines:
