July , ; his employment agreement ended effective
September , . In addition to Mr. Löscher’s reported
total compensation as a member of the Managing Board and
as President and CEO, he also received the following compen-
sation for the remaining term of his employment contract
in the months of August and September : Fixed compen-
sation of €,, fringe benefits of €,, proportional
variable compensation (bonus) of €,, and proportional
Siemens Stock Awards of €,. According to the provi-
sions of the contract, the variable compensation (bonus) for
fiscal  will be granted fully in cash and the Siemens Stock
