19.1 – Workforce
At December31, 2015, the company had one employee.
19.2 – Consolidated financial statements
Schneider Electric SE is the parent company of the Group and
accordingly publishes the consolidated fi nancial statements of the
Schneider Electric Group.

At the date of fi nancial statements approval by the board of
directors, there is no material subsequent event.
