The following notes are an integral part of the consolidated fi nancial statements.
The consolidated fi nancial statements for the year ended December 31, 2009 were reviewed by the Management Board of Schneider
Electric on February 12, 2010 and by the Supervisory Board on February 17, 2010. They will be submitted to shareholders for approval
at the Annual General Meeting of April 22, 2010.
