Goodwill
11.1 - Main items of goodwill
As a result of the organisational changes effective January1, 2010, the allocation of goodwill to Cash-Generating Units (CGU) has been
changed to refl ect the new operating segments defi ned in accordance with the newly issued IFRS8.
Square D goodwill was allocated to each CGU in proportion to operating income:
