ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are party to certain lawsuits in the ordinary course of our business. The subject matter of these proceedings
primarily include commercial disputes, employment issues and product liability lawsuits, including the product
liability lawsuits regarding tree stands described on page 18. We do not believe that the ultimate dispositions of
these proceedings, individually or in the aggregate, will have a material adverse effect on our consolidated financial
position, results of operations or liquidity.
ITEM 4. SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS
No matters were submitted to a vote of security holders during the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006.

Price Range of Common Stock
We have common stock and non-voting common stock. Our common stock began trading on June 25, 2004 on
the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) under the symbol “CAB”. Prior to that date, there was no public market
for our common stock. Our non-voting common stock is not listed on any exchange and not traded over the counter.
As of February 19, 2007 there were 935 holders of record of our common stock and seven holders of record of our
non-voting common stock. This does not include persons who hold our common stock in nominee or “street name”
accounts through brokers or banks.

stock as reported on the NYSE:
