As described in Management’s Report on Internal Control over Financial Reporting of the 2008 Annual
Report to Stockholders appearing under Item 9A, management has excluded SecureHorizons, OSF, Metcare, and
Cariten from its assessment of internal control over financial reporting as of December 31, 2008 because these
entities were acquired by the Company in purchase business combinations during 2008. We have also excluded
SecureHorizons, OSF, Metcare, and Cariten from our audit of internal control over financial reporting. These
entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries whose total assets and total revenues represent 6% and 2%, respectively,
of the related consolidated financial statement amounts as of and for the year ended December 31, 2008.
