Changes in the composition of the Supervisory and Managing Boards
Effective July , , the Supervisory Board appointed Brigitte Ederer a full member of the Managing
Board, Labor Director and head of Corporate Human Resources. Heinrich Hiesinger resigned from
his position as member of the Managing Board, effective September , . He was succeeded as
CEO of the Industry Sector by Siegfried Russwurm, effective July , .
The Supervisory Board would like to thank the members of the Managing Board as well as the
employees and employee representatives of all Siemens companies for their work. Together,
they made fiscal another successful year for Siemens.
