general partner of Technology Crossover Management VII, L.P. (“TCM VII”), which, in turn, is the general partner of each of TCV VII,
L.P. and TCV VII (A), L.P. Each of TCM V, TCV VI and Management VII is a general partner of TCV Member Fund, L.P. Mr. Hoag is a
Class A Member of each of TCM V and TCM VI and a Class A Director of Management VII as well as a limited partner of each TCM
VII and TCV Member Fund, L.P. Together with the other Class A Members or Class A Directors, as applicable, Mr. Hoag shares voting
and dispositive power with respect to the TCV Funds. Mr. Hoag, TCM V, TCM VI and Management VII disclaim beneficial ownership of
any shares held by the TCV Funds except to the extent of their respective pecuniary interests therein.

Probst; 16,669 shares of common stock are held by Mr. Probst’s spouse; and 469,713 shares of common stock are held by the Probst
Family L.P. of which Mr. Probst is a partner.
