6.4 Rules. Subject to the provisions of Article XVII and Section 409A, the Committee may from time to time adopt
additional policies or rules governing the manner in which such payments because of an Unforeseeable Emergency may be made so
that the Plan may be conveniently administered and comply with Section 409A.
