Markets and
International Banking
In January 2012, we announced the
restructuring of our wholesale businesses
into ‘Markets’ and ‘International Banking’.
Our Markets business serves the corporate
and institutional clients of all Group businesses.
Our International Banking division includes
what had been the Global Banking & Markets
corporate banking business and the
international elements of what had been
